What is God teaching me this week? Well, not sure but there has been a whirl wind of things that happened. Lets see if I can dictate these things on my phone. :-)
The fun thing about this is that I can dictate it from my iPhone. I can record my thoughts and edit them. I don't have to type everything.Last weekend was very busy. It seemed like there was so much activity. I think it was because it was the week before finals at Mississippi State. Beth and I went to the festival at Jenn Lake Meadows. One of the many activities that were going on that weekend. We walked around the lake that we had walked many times before, 10 years ago. It was very relaxing and the weather was great.
I took Julia out in the morning and we ate donuts at Shipley's. It was a glorious time. I hadn't taken her out in a long time and I wanted to get to know her. I asked questions about her future and she was happy to answer me. I started drinking my coffee and my brain was in overdrive. I have a tendency to talk to much when others aren't responding to me. She was OK with that as she seemed happy to get to know her
father. We then went to the rose Garden, a place where she loves to go and since it was April the roses were in full bloom and the weather was nice. We finished our discussion talking about a career in graphic arts. I told her it was fun to create art and then have others to contribute with their talents to produce even a better work of art or finished product.
