A man plans his course
I was reminded today that a man plans his course but the Lord determines his steps. I think it's Proverbs 16:9. I was wondering how God was going to bless this meeting with Mat Jolly today. It seems that we are both interested in the same thing: mentoring young men and discipling them in Christ. I hope this works out. But I must plan my course and let the Lord determine what happens next. It looks like there's an opening for a woman to step in and help young women. I hope that works out for Beth.

Hello Tom and Beth. I am a Pastor from Mumbai, India. I am blessed to go through your post on man planning his course but God who determines the steps. Trust that the Lord has granted you the ministry of mentoring young men and discipling them in Christ. Several time I came across your profile and blog post and wanted very much to get connected with such Godly people. I love to get connected with the people of God around the globe to be encouraged, strengthened and praying for one another. I may have tried to get connected with you in the past but have bot not been successful. I have been in the Pastoral ministry for last 37 yrs in the great city of MUMBAI a city with a great contrast where richest of rich and the poorst of poorlive. We also encourage young and the adult from the west to come to Mumabi to work with us during their vacation time. We would love to have your young kids come to work with us during their vcation time.
